March 1 - From Barrel to Bottle — and Beyond.

Join us for an unforgettable afternoon as we take over the Tasting Room and explore the evolution of Flat Creek wines — from newly released favorites to exclusive barrel tastings still in the works.  Each pour is paired with indulgent small bites, crafted to elevate the flavors and deepen the experience.

May 3 - Cinco de Mayo Celebration

Join us May 3rd, in the Pavilion, for a fiesta-filled celebration featuring street tacos, smoked winery-style, excellent wines, and all the vibrant energy of a Cinco de Mayo party.

It’s the perfect excuse to gather with friends, enjoy bold flavors, sip on your favorite wines, and soak in the beautiful Hill Country setting. Expect great food, lively vibes, and a celebration you won’t want to miss.
