NEW PROGRAM STARTS MAY 9: Winemaking Unveiled: The Winemaking Process from Ground to Glass

Join us for the 2nd series of Flat Creek’s Elevated Wine Tasting program. Our apprentice Sommelier Melina has curated a dynamic experience in which guests will taste through 5 of our most beautiful wines—plus one Library Wine hand selected by our winemaker. The accompanying light presentation will dive into Flat Creek’s distinct winemaking process, from the ground to the glass. Guests will also enjoy a paired charcuterie board as well as the setting of our historic ‘Trooper’s Den.’ Elevated Wine Tastings are offered the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
