19th Annual Thanksgiving Weekend Sip n’ Shop! 

Our biggest event of the year is Thanksgiving Weekend!  During Black Friday & Small Business Saturday, Flat Creek Estate will open its doors to thousands of holiday shoppers!  

We can’t make it a success without quality vendors!  

Our Commitment to You: 

• Provide a 10 x 10 area for you to display your products

• Heavily promote the event through social media, website and Chamber of Commerce / Local Businesses

• Participation both days

• Exhibit a warm and welcoming personality

Set Up:

 - 9:00 AM Vendor Load In Begins

 - 11:00 AM Shopping Begins 

     - Note: The Friday 5K will begin at 11:00AM so be aware of runners mingling in the area between 10AM - 11AM

 - 6:00 pm Shopping Ends 

- You are welcome to leave tents ect. set-up overnight but, please note that Flat Creek Estate is not responsible for damaged or stolen items.

Set Up and Display Information:

 - Each Booth Space is 10 x 10

 - You are to provide your tent and table

 - Tent weights are recommended 

 - Please provide your own rubbish receptacle if needed

 - You can load in near your setup then park your vehicle before guest arrival
