2nd and 4th Saturdays delve into an immersive tasting experience hosted by our apprentice sommelier, Melina. Journey through five of Flat Creek’s finest wines as you uncover what makes our vineyard truly exceptional.

Texas Hill Country Wineries Dinner
September 26 - Immerse yourself in Texas wine with a perfectly paired dinner with wines from six Texas Hill Country Wineries. Guests will be seated with an owner, winemaker or special representative from participating wineries.

Winemaker Tour & Barrel Tasting
1st and 3rd Saturdays Winemaker Olivier de Certaines guides you through the winemaking process, from grape to glass. You´ll visit the barrel room and the wine lab to learn the science and art of winemaking!
